Finnova, as a partner of the project “EU city digital strategies for Immigrants integration (EUCIDIN)” of the program Europe for Citizens, has participated in the closing day that has been held from 8 to 10 April in Korydallos, Greece.
The conference entitled “How to offer access to training, digital content and services for immigrants” has had various presentations with the participation of prestigious international organizations such as UNICEF, Human Rights 306, KEAN, and talks by renowned psychologists, occupational therapists and anthropologists, among other professionals.
Last July, Finnova hosted one of the project’s meetings in the city of Valencia, offering a series of international conferences where experts from around the world analysed the current situation regarding the integration of immigrants and refugees upon their arrival in Europe. On this occasion, our General Director, Juan Manuel Revuelta, has been accompanied by Finnova’s EU Project Expert, Víctor Medialdea.
The EUCIDIN project focuses on the use of digital tools for integration and digital inclusion efforts that affect this population, thus facing the challenge of the insertion of immigrants and refugees through employment and self-employment.
EUCIDIN is co-financed by the European Commission’s Europe for Citizens programme.
