On June 18th, two of the projects in which the Finnova Foundation participates were awarded the IV Global Entreps Award 2018. In the Clean and Affordable Energy-Retail Market category, NOBEL GRID and in the Decent Work and Economic Growth category, Start Business Romania din Spania.

The ceremony took place at the Committee of the Regions in Brussels, within the framework of the International Congress #5Gcitizens, organized by Entreps – International Board of Owners and Entrepreneurs, on June 18th and 19th in Brussels. These awards are entirely dedicated to the UN Sustainable Development Goals for 2030, which inspired the 17 categories that the awards have this year.

To collect the prize awarded to NOBEL GRID were some of the partners of the consortium such as the ETRA Group (Spain), leader in the project, together with Ecopower (Belgium) and the FINNOVA Foundation (Spain), where the CEO Juan Manuel Revuelta, was in charge of awarding the prize.

With regard to the Decent Work and Economic Growth category, those in charge of collecting the award for the Start Bussinness Romania din Spania project were L.T. Odobescu, Romanian ambassador and MEP Grapini, representative of the Romanian government.

Through these awards, the work of NOBEL GRID was recognized during the 42 months of the project, as an example of a successful case of Clean and Affordable Energy-Retail Market.  This project is funded by the Horizon 2020 programme, involves 21 European partners, with a budget of 13.9 million euros, and offers advanced tools and ICT services to all actors of the Smart Grid and the electricity market, in order to obtain greater benefits, such as cheaper prices, safer and more stable networks, and cleaner electricity.

These tools and services make it possible to democratize the energy market, bringing it closer to the consumer, so that itsin the electricity market becomes more active, as well as to promote new business models for new actors and the integrated distribution of renewable energy production.

Winners of the 4th Global Entreps Award 2018 (1) This award also recognises the social function of the Romanian programme Startup Romania din Spania in the category of Decent Work and Economic Growth. Through an entrepreneurship project, whose main objective is to estimulate entrepreneurship among Romanians living in Spain and job creation in Romania. This project is made possible thanks to EU funding under the Human Capital (Pocu) operational programme: StartUp Diaspora of the Romanian government. It focuses on offering certified online training in Romanian on entrepreneurship and offers 40,000 euros non-refundable to implement a successful business plan in Romania. The main requirement for participation is to have been registered in Spain for at least one year and to be an entrepreneur.

Los premios IV Global Entreps Award 2018 galardonan a dos proyectos de FINNOVA

El pasado 18 de Junio, dos de los proyectos en los cuales la Fundación Finnova participa,  fueron galardonados en los IV Global Entreps Award 2018. En la categoría  de Energía Limpia y asequible-Mercado minorista, NOBEL GRID y  en la categoría Trabajo decente y Crecimiento económico, Start Bussiness Romania din Spania.

La ceremonia tuvo lugar en el Comité de las Regiones en Bruselas, en el marco del Congreso Internacional #5Gcitizens, organizado por Entreps – Junta Internacional de Propietarios y Empresarios, los días 18 y 19 de junio en Bruselas. Estos premios están enteramente dedicados a los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible de la ONU para 2030, que inspiraron las 17 categorías que los permios tienen este año.

Para recoger el premio concedido a NOBEL GRID estaban alguno de los socios del consorcio como el Grupo ETRA (España), líder en el proyecto, junto con Ecopower (Bélgica) y la Fundación FINNOVA (España), en donde el CEO Juan Manuel Revuelta , fue el encargado de hacer entrega del galardón.

En lo respectivo a la Categoría de Trabajo decente y Crecimiento económico, las encargadas de recoger el galardón para el proyecto Start Bussinness Romania din Spania fueron la L.T Odobescu, embajadora de Rumanía  y MEP Grapini , representante del gobierno Rumano.

Mediante estos galardones se reconoció el trabajo de NOBEL GRID, durante los 42 meses de duración del  proyecto, como ejemplo caso de éxito de Energía Limpia y asequible-Mercado minorista.  Este proyecto está financiado por el programa Horizonte 2020, participan 21 socios europeos, con un presupuesto de 13,9 millones de euros,  y ofrece herramientas avanzadas y servicios TIC a todos los actores de la Red Eléctrica Inteligente (Smart Grid, en inglés) y el mercado eléctrico, con el fin de obtener mayores beneficios, como precios más económicos, redes más seguras y estables, y electricidad más limpia. Estas herramientas y servicios permiten democratizar el mercado de la energía, acercándolo al consumidor, de modo, que su participación sea más activa en el mercado eléctrico, así como, promover nuevos modelos de negocio para nuevos actores y la distribución integrada de producción de energía renovable.

la función social que, el programa rumano  Startup Rumanía din Spania desarrolla en la categoría de Trabajo decente y Crecimiento económico. Por medio de un proyecto de emprendimiento,  cuyo su principal objetivo es estimular el emprendimiento entre rumanos residentes en España y la creación de empleo en Rumania. Este proyecto es posible, gracias a la financiación de la UE dentro del programa operativo de Capital Humano (Pocu): StartUp de la Diáspora del gobierno Rumano. El cual se centra en ofrecer formación en línea certificada en rumano sobre emprendimiento y ofrece 40.000 euros a fondo perdido para implementar un plan de negocio exitoso en Rumanía. El principal requisito de participación es llevar empadronado en España al menos un año y ser emprendedor.
