Kick-Off Meeting Held in Valencia
The consortium consists of partners from five different countries.
On November 29, 2024, the Kick-Off Meeting of the European project C-SUSTAIN took place. This innovative initiative, funded by the Erasmus+ program, aims to provide entrepreneurship training in circular economy for young individuals from diverse multicultural backgrounds.
C-SUSTAIN: A 24-Month Erasmus+ Initiative
C-SUSTAIN has a duration of 24 months, a total budget of €250,000, and involves the participation of six partners from five countries: Spain, Greece, Poland, Ireland, and Austria. The consortium members include BildungsLAB -Hands&Minds Learning Center, CRADLE SINGLE, FUNDACJA INSTYTUT EUROPEJSKI, Förderung der Individualität von Jugend in Europa, Roscommon Integrated, and Finnova Foundation.
The project is designed to equip participants with transferable skills that integrate entrepreneurial competencies, environmental awareness, and citizenship values. Aligned with key frameworks like EntreComp, GreenComp, and Life-Long Learning, C-SUSTAIN introduces sustainable and innovative practices into the youth education sector, fostering a new generation of environmentally conscious entrepreneurs.
Main Activities of the Project
C-SUSTAIN focuses on delivering dynamic and impactful learning experiences through:
- Blended educational programs combining in-person, virtual, and non-formal elements.
- A pilot program for multicultural youth, featuring activities such as mentoring sessions, makeathons, and practical applications of educational modules.
- The development of customized tools, including a self-assessment system to measure progress and skill acquisition.
- The creation of a comprehensive toolkit to support continuous learning and entrepreneurial development.
The project also establishes inclusive spaces for learning, experimentation, and collaboration, enabling participants to apply their skills in diverse and real-world contexts.
Kick-Off Meeting in Valencia
During the Kick-Off Meeting, the partners had the opportunity to meet, introduce their organizations, and outline the actions planned for the project.
