Sevilla, 4 December 2024 – The HIBA+ project will participate in the II International Congress of Start-ups in Seville, organised from 10 to 12 December 2024, with a round table focused on European funding opportunities and business development in the agri-food sector. The round table, organised by the Finnova Foundation, the beneficiary of the project, will feature the participation of experts who will address the main sources of financing and strategies to promote digitalisation in the agri-food value chain.
The session will take place on Wednesday, December 11, 2024, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., in a separate room within Congress. This meeting will bring together professionals and companies interested in accessing European funds and learn about innovative solutions to improve productivity and sustainability in the agricultural sector. Among the speakers are Juan Manuel Revuelta, general director of the Finnova Foundation; Juan Francisco Delgado, vice president of the INTEC Foundation; Carolina Romero, project advisor of the FUNDECYT Foundation; and Mariano Larrazabal, manager of Agromarketing Bialar.
During the round table, the main European funding opportunities available for the agri-food sector will be presented, with a focus on digitalisation and innovation as fundamental pillars for the growth and competitiveness of companies in the sector.
Attendees will be able to learn first-hand how to access these funds and develop digital transformation projects that promote efficiency, sustainability and the creation of new lines of business in the agri-food sector.
