Almotaz Abadi, Deputy Secretary General for Water, Environment and Blue Economy; and Doha Zammal, Water Expert, participated in the Next Talent Generation Forum, an informal meeting focused on the search for training and employability opportunities for young people in the Mediterranean.

Finnova Foundation is committed to supporting talent and sustainable development in the Mediterranean region, and fostering collaborations and the exchange of best practices is an important step in that direction.
“Promoting a holistic approach to the unification of policies and regulations in the Mediterranean ecosystem based on complementarity is one of our main priorities,” stated Almotaz Abadi, Deputy Secretary General for Water, Environment, and Blue Economy of the Union for the Mediterranean. “Fostering capacity enhancement and involving young people in decision-making processes regarding the blue economy and sustainability is a key area in our Action Plan,” added water expert Doha Zammal.
