EXPLOITATION ACTIVITIES

Finnova provides expertise in European funding programmes (project management and proposal writing), with particular experience in Horizon Europe (including SME Instrument -now EIC Accelerator-), LIFE, Interreg, CERV and Erasmus+. Finnova develops communication and dissemination campaigns, promoting projects and targeting key groups to generate participation among the European public, focusing on achieving a high impact on society.

From a regulatory dimension, Finnova specialises in lobbying and advocacy, defending and representing our clients’ interests in the European institutions. In addition, we also provide support in relation to the analysis of the national and/or European regulatory framework. From a market perspective, Finnova offers consultancy services including the production of technical documents related to market analysis and the definition of new business models.

CO-WRITING OF PROPOSALS

Co-writing of proposals for different European programmes for the public and private sector in order to obtain EU funding and institutional support for the development of specific actions: Finnova offers training, support and back-up in the elaboration of project proposals. In addition, it ensures the management of administrative procedures and offers an information alert service (new calls for proposals, events, conferences, etc.). Finnova has drafted three SME Instrument proposals that have been approved and another six have received the European Commission Seal of Excellence.

MARKET ANALYSIS AND BUSINESS MODELS

Support in the creation of new business models. The idea is to provide a sustainable and effective business framework for the realisation of projects, based on market research and analysis for internationalisation.

Specifically in market analysis and definition of service market size and target market; analysis and definition of customer segments and specific requirements; assessment of market trends, growth rates and short-term potential; environmental impact; application of a methodology for the identification of social and environmental impacts of actions arising from various projects.

LEGAL AND REGULATORY ADVICE

Analysis of European and/or national legal and regulatory frameworks. It assesses the legal framework and landscape of target markets and EU regulations; analyses European and/or national legal barriers and opportunities; assesses the potential for the development of best practices and requirements for certificates and standards; and Green Public Procurement (GPP).

Dissemination of content through print and audiovisual media: In order to disseminate the project and its potential results, brochures are produced to inform all potential stakeholders about the opportunity to use the project results. Video (as an online tool) is used and disseminated via webcasting.

‘Networking’ activities:  European stakeholders to communicate the actions linked to the project (events/seminars, official documents, etc.). Finnova holds meetings in Brussels and organises interviews with representatives of EU institutions to effectively disseminate the project. Option to use the contacts of Finnova and its partners, as well as the development of new contacts, to facilitate the dissemination of the project results. Finnova makes available its network of contacts and partners, as well as encourages the development of new ones, to facilitate the dissemination of the project results.

A multimedia product and Best Practice presentations ensure a sustainable influence on stakeholders after the end of the project. DISSEMINATION AND COMMUNICATION

Finnova creates communication and dissemination strategies for each project, promoting its brand and targeting the audience, urging people to take specific actions. In order to create a project information network system.

Web platform: this involves providing project information and progress updates, news and press releases, provision of multimedia content (visual and audio) with the possibility of propagation through social media platforms; enabling an intranet for collaboration and content sharing between partners. In addition, updates on meetings, results and decisions; dissemination of content through all media and advocacy channels, including social media and crowdsourcing.
